Build role-specific disclosure packs
A provider pack contains service scope and logistics. A finance pack contains event, service category, provider, amount, dates, budget line, and justification. An onsite pack contains only the service and contact details needed for the shift.
Exclude sensitive content by default
Block diagnosis, medical attachments, unrelated free text, internal organizer notes, and other attendees’ information unless an explicitly authorized purpose requires a specific field.
Make access time-bound and auditable
Record purpose, recipient, fields, sender, time, expiry, acknowledgement, and revocation. Revoking access should not delete the fact that a disclosure occurred.
Keep decisions human and evidence explicit
Evencue records decisions made by authorized organizers and coordinates their event-specific consequences. It does not determine legal reasonableness, medical validity, entitlement, or venue certification. Provider and onsite views receive only the information required for their task.
What teams usually ask
What information should finance see?
The minimum cost-approval context: event, service category, provider, amount, dates, budget line, and justification—not diagnoses or unrestricted requester notes.
What information should onsite staff see?
Only the attendee identifier, authorized contact, assigned service, location and time, handoff instructions, status, and escalation contacts required for that shift.
Can disclosure access be revoked?
Yes. Access can expire or be revoked, while the audit record of what was shared, why, when, and by whom remains.
