01

Purpose before collection

Request forms should explain why information is needed, how the team will follow up, what may be disclosed, how long classes of records remain, and how the requester can update or contact the organizer.

02

Minimum necessary at every recipient

Providers, finance reviewers, venue contacts, onsite staff, requesters, auditors, and administrators receive distinct views. Sensitive attachments and diagnoses are blocked from broad handoffs by default.

03

Retention and audit are separate concerns

Restricted content can be deleted or expired according to policy while the system preserves a minimal audit fact that an authorized action occurred. Deployment-specific terms govern actual processing.

Operational boundary

Keep decisions human and evidence explicit

Evencue records decisions made by authorized organizers and coordinates their event-specific consequences. It does not determine legal reasonableness, medical validity, entitlement, or venue certification. Provider and onsite views receive only the information required for their task.

Common questions

What teams usually ask

Who can see a request?

Explicitly authorized case roles can see the private case. Other roles receive only purpose-specific fields required for their work.

Can a requester correct information?

Yes. Corrections preserve provenance and append a superseding record rather than erasing history invisibly.

How long is data retained?

Retention is defined by record class, tenant policy, contractual terms, and applicable obligations. The product model includes expiry, hold, export, deletion, and offboarding workflows.
