01

Open the access desk before doors

Confirm the shift roster, event clock, lookup references, provider arrival, equipment, room and route checks, accessible materials, attendee instructions, communications, and escalation contacts.

02

Use explicit service states

Expected, ready, attendee arrived, service active, completed, problem, no-show, and cancelled each mean something different. Record timestamps and owners instead of relying on a general green status.

03

Close the loop after service

Keep provider attestation, organizer observation, attendee confirmation, and incident evidence as separate facts. Follow unresolved issues into the formal closeout process.

Operational boundary

Keep decisions human and evidence explicit

Evencue records decisions made by authorized organizers and coordinates their event-specific consequences. It does not determine legal reasonableness, medical validity, entitlement, or venue certification. Provider and onsite views receive only the information required for their task.

Common questions

What teams usually ask

What should onsite staff be able to see?

Only the attendee reference, authorized contact method, assigned service, time and location, handoff instructions, status, and escalation details needed for the shift.

What if the event loses connectivity?

Prepare a time-limited, event-scoped offline or printed handoff with an expiry and handling notice, then reconcile updates deterministically when connectivity returns.

How should a correction be recorded?

Append a superseding event that explains the correction. Do not silently rewrite delivery evidence or audit history.
