Preserve the source response, send a receipt, assign the coordinator, clarify securely, record the human organizer decision, and plan each service.
Return attendee instructions deliberately
Use an accessible, versioned plan or event communication. Avoid exposing provider, case, or sensitive notes in general attendee exports.
Keep decisions human and evidence explicit
Evencue records decisions made by authorized organizers and coordinates their event-specific consequences. It does not determine legal reasonableness, medical validity, entitlement, or venue certification. Provider and onsite views receive only the information required for their task.
What teams usually ask
Does Evencue sell event tickets?
No. Ticketing, payments, event marketing, and sponsorship are outside Evencue’s scope.
Can Eventbrite data be imported by CSV?
Yes, when exported fields are mapped, validated, minimized, and imported through a controlled batch.
What if someone updates their registration?
Compare the source update with the current case, preserve provenance, identify affected plans, and request reconfirmation after a material change.
