Write from the attendee’s point of view
Describe each accepted service, date, time, location or access method, arrival or contact instructions, relevant provider identity when policy allows, and the event escalation contact.
Offer more than a yes button
Let the requester confirm, ask a question, report a mismatch, or withdraw. Keep the response tied to the exact plan version they reviewed.
Invalidate stale confirmation
When a material schedule, location, service, or instruction changes, preserve the old version, mark its confirmation stale, explain the change, and request confirmation again.
Keep decisions human and evidence explicit
Evencue records decisions made by authorized organizers and coordinates their event-specific consequences. It does not determine legal reasonableness, medical validity, entitlement, or venue certification. Provider and onsite views receive only the information required for their task.
What teams usually ask
When should a requester receive the plan?
After the organizer’s human decision and when the service plan is concrete enough to review, with enough time to resolve questions before the event.
What if the requester identifies a mismatch?
Keep the case open, assign the discrepancy, revise the plan deliberately, and send a new version for confirmation.
Is provider confirmation enough?
No. Provider confirmation proves one dependency. The requester must still understand and confirm the plan intended for them.
